Early in my banking career, I was handed a company listing project with untrained staff, zero systems, and no support. Everyone expected failure. Instead, we improvised our way to RM1 million in fees within 3 months.
That experience became my blueprint.
Later, as a branch manager, I broke even a new unit in 2 months, a process that normally takes 12 and was awarded Model Branch of the Year two years running.
I left banking to found RO Consulting Group SB because I realised: most organisations don't need another framework. They need someone who has actually turned chaos into structured success, fast.
