Workshop Purpose
The Stress Strategies is designed to help employees and leaders understand stress, recognise their individual stress patterns, and develop practical strategies to regulate stress before it negatively affects health, sleep, energy, relationships, decision-making, leadership and workplace performance.
The Programme combines four core lifestyle foundations:
SLEEP + NUTRITION + MOVEMENT + MINDFULNESS
with emotional regulation, workplace stress management, leadership resilience and practical behaviour change.
The emphasis is not simply on "reducing stress", but on developing the capacity to recognise, regulate, recover and respond effectively.
